Boating Restrictions in Glacier National Park
The National Park Service has revised the prohibition against boating on all waters in Glacier National Park, although restrictions remain.
Due to an invasion of non-native mussels, all boating had been prohibited until May 15, 2017. Effective now, hand-propelled boats are permitted on Lake McDonald and North Fork. Other waters will open to hand propelled craft on June 1, 2017.
